Boston’s Pizza, located inside the Best Western Downtown Casper Hotel, serves a diverse clientele, including hotel guests, event attendees, and local diners. With 200 guest rooms and 39,000 sq. ft. of event space, we provide high-quality dining experiences in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for a skilled and motivated Cook to join our kitchen team!
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items following Boston’s Pizza recipes and standards.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
- Assist with food prep, portioning, and plating.
- Ensure food safety and sanitation regulations are met.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stocking supplies.
- Work as part of a team to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Qualifications:
- Previous cooking experience preferred, but we are willing to train motivated candidates.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
