The Assistant Account Manager is responsible assisting Sr. Account Managers with daily task and job/client coordination.
- Uploading photos, drawings, and documents to an online job calendar.
- Communication between locations to clear installation with mall management and security.
- Scheduling jobs on the calendar.
- Create estimates and work orders for assigned projects.
- Coordinate artwork request and facilitate approval process while exhibiting a dependable, positive, and encouraging demeanor.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail with a strong customer service mindset
- Excellent time management and problem solution skills
- Manage multiple projects at the same and ability to work with urgent and changing deadlines and flexible priorities.
- Work history in clerical administration, office management, purchasing.
- Ability to operate current software programs.
- Previous graphic design or brand management experience is helpful
- Ability to read construction blueprints and store elevation drawings is helpful.
- Construction or architectural design background helpful
