Residential Concierge

Are you a self-motivated, happy, friendly professional and enjoy being the first point of contact?The concierge is the first impression of a luxury residential building, and they should project a consistent image that compliments the property through appearance, performance, and personality. We have openings for shifts at the following times:7 am to 3 pm11 am to 7 pm3 pm to 11 pm Duties:Greet and acknowledge all residents and announce all guests.Provide resident services such as package and dry cleaning acceptance and retrieval, transportation options, service vendor recommendations, restaurants reservations, and additional requests upon demand.Through appearance, performance, and service orientation, project a consistent image that complements the property.Adhere to formal operating policies and procedures that mandate certain customer service techniques and emergency response procedures.Ensure property rules and regulations are consistently enforced. Requirements:Previous customer service or hospitality experience.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to multi-task.Basic computer proficiency.Team player
