Who We Are

We’re a fast-growing real estate team in Boston, and we’re entering our next phase of expansion.

We are looking for a Director of Sales & Growth, a strategic leader to design scalable recruiting systems, drive market share growth, and elevate overall team performance.

This is a high-impact, executive-level role. You’ll work directly with the team leadership to shape growth strategy and implement systems that deliver predictable, repeatable results.

Compensation:

  • Expected end-of-year earnings: $150,000
  • Paid Time Off (PTO)
  • Bonuses opportunities
