We are seeking a Credit Analyst to support client engagements in borrowing base operations, and credit risk management. This is a hands-on role where you will build strong analytical skills, develop a deep understanding of credit and loan operations, and work directly with both internal teams and client contacts.

Key Responsibilities:
Borrowing Base Support
· Support the development and maintenance of borrowing base models, including implementation of eligibility logic, exclusion rules, and concentration limits
· Assist in reviewing credit agreements and related documents to extract and apply borrowing base provisions
· Prepare borrowing base reports and ensure outputs meet client and lender expectations
· Collaborate with team leads on client communications related to borrowing base compliance and reporting
· Contribute to the standardization of client templates and reporting workflows
· Participate in quality checks and help ensure data accuracy and model consistency
Risk Management Support
· Conduct quality control reviews of underwriting and funding activities to ensure accuracy and compliance
· Assist with valuation processes, including updating financial models and maintaining key assumptions
· Support cash flow monitoring by tracking invoices, reconciling payments, and performing waterfall analyses on specialized asset fundings
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
· 3–5 years of experience in credit structuring, loan operations, credit risk management, or borrowing base modeling (experience in consulting or financial services is a plus)
· Proficient in Excel modeling, including logic design, data validation, and reporting automation
· Familiarity with credit agreements, collateral eligibility, and structured finance concepts
· Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
· Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
· Professional and client-focused, with the ability to engage confidently with sophisticated stakeholders
· Willingness to work full-time onsite in Boca Raton, FL
