About Us:
Boston’s Pizza, located inside the Best Western Downtown Casper Hotel, is a dynamic dining destination serving hotel guests and local patrons. With 200 guest rooms and 39,000 sq. ft. of event space, we cater to a variety of guests, from travelers and business professionals to event attendees. We are looking for a Front of House (FOH) Manager to lead our service team, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and oversee restaurant operations.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Guest Experience & Service Excellence
- Ensure top-tier customer service and satisfaction.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and resolve any service issues professionally.
- Maintain a clean, welcoming, and well-organized front-of-house environment.
✅ Team Leadership & Staff Management
- Recruit, train, and manage front-of-house staff, including servers, hosts, and bartenders.
- Create staff schedules to maintain efficient service levels.
- Foster a positive, team-oriented work culture.
✅ Operations & Coordination
- Oversee daily FOH operations, ensuring smooth service flow.
- Work closely with kitchen staff and event teams for seamless dining experiences.
- Enforce health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
✅ Financial & Inventory Management
- Monitor labor and service costs to maintain profitability.
- Assist with cash handling, POS system management, and sales reporting.
- Manage inventory of FOH supplies and coordinate with vendors as needed.
Qualifications:
✔ Proven experience as a FOH Manager, Restaurant Manager, or similar role.
✔ Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
✔ Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
✔ Experience with POS systems and cash handling.
✔ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
