Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic beverages to customers following standard recipes.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
- Take drink orders from customers, ensure orders are served correctly, and engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Monitor customer consumption to ensure responsible alcohol service.
- Provide recommendations on drinks, snacks, and specials.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
- Ensure that all local, state, and federal alcohol regulations are followed.
- Assist in opening and closing duties for the bar.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure efficient operations and excellent customer service.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a bartender or in a similar role in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to mix drinks, serve beverages, and handle bar equipment with ease.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
- Must be at least [required legal age] years of age.
- Knowledge of cocktail recipes and bar equipment is a plus.
- TIPS or similar certification is preferred, but not required.
Hours/Shift:
Full-time/Part-time available. Evening and weekend shifts required.
