About Us:
The Best Western Downtown Casper Hotel is a premier destination with 200 guest rooms and 39,000 sq. ft. of event space, catering to corporate meetings, weddings, banquets, and special events. We are looking for dedicated Banquet Servers & Setup Staff to ensure seamless event execution and exceptional guest experiences.
Responsibilities:
Event Setup & Breakdown
- Arrange tables, chairs, linens, and décor according to event layouts.
- Set up buffet stations, beverage areas, and service stations.
- Tear down and clean up after events, ensuring a reset for the next function.
Banquet Service
- Greet and assist guests in a professional, friendly manner.
- Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the banquet space.
Teamwork & Support
- Collaborate with kitchen staff, event coordinators, and fellow servers.
- Follow instructions from banquet captains and managers.
- Assist with additional duties as needed to ensure successful events.
Qualifications:
✔ Previous banquet, restaurant, or catering experience is a plus (but not required).
✔ Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
✔ Strong teamwork and communication skills.
✔ Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
✔ A positive attitude and commitment to excellent customer service.
