What You’ll Do
- Manage rent receivables, payment processing, and tenant account tracking
- Oversee vendor invoices, approvals, and timely payments
- Perform bank deposits, reconciliations, and financial record maintenance
- Maintain and organize financial documentation and reporting systems
- Handle expense tracking, purchase orders, and internal financial workflows
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth financial operations across the office
- 2 years of QuickBooks experience (required)
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills (required)
- Proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management
- Excellent communication skills (phone, email, and internal coordination)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize shifting responsibilities effectively
- Typing speed of 60 WPM and strong numerical proficiency
- Highly organized, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset
- Real estate or property management experience preferred
