Hybrid Work Model
At our Canton location, employees will be on site Monday - Thursday. At our Omaha location, employees will be on site 2 days per week.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in contract management or commission processing within the insurance industry.
- Strong understanding of insurance products and commission structures.
- Experience with insurance agency management systems and commission software.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to producer contracting.
- Professional certification in contract management or a related field.
- Review and process producer contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of commission structures and payments, addressing any discrepancies promptly.
- Analyze commission data to identify trends, providing reports and recommendations to management.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including finance and compliance, to streamline contracting and commission processes.
- Serve as a point of contact for producers regarding contract inquiries and commission-related issues.
