As the first point of contact for our clinics, the Medical Scheduling Specialist plays a vital role in creating a positive patient experience. You’ll be the welcoming voice on the phone — connecting patients with the care they need.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by phone
- Schedule appointments accurately and efficiently
- Serve as a vital link between patients and clinical staff
- Collaborate with providers and team members to ensure smooth patient flow
- Maintain organized and accurate patient information
We’re looking for someone who is detail-oriented, dependable, and committed to outstanding patient care.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Medical office experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent organizational abilities
