Work Schedule: (Monday–Friday)
Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour (40 hours 5 hours of overtime, approximately $60,000-$86,000 per year)
About the Role
We are a scientific equipment company seeking a skilled On-Site IT Technician to manage, maintain, and deploy computer systems used across our technical operations.
This role is entirely on-site at our Walpole, MA facility and focuses on system reliability, documentation, and technical problem-solving.
You will handle a wide variety of IT responsibilities, ranging from computer imaging and hardware repair to network assistance and maintaining documentation for software and accessories.

Candidate Expectations
We’re looking for professionals with a minimum of 3 years of IT or technical experience who are:
- Strong in troubleshooting and diagnostics.
- Detail-oriented and consistent with documentation.
- Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable under pressure and organized in managing multiple priorities.
- Curious and eager to improve processes and systems.
A college degree is preferred, but not required.

Overtime
