Job description:
A boutique law practice in Greenwich, Connecticut is seeking a motivated paralegal to join our office on full-time basis. This is a high precision environment where courtesy and professionalism set the tone and we enjoy a rapport with our clients. Primary responsibilities include paper and electronic filing, municipal research, legal notices and mailings, client communications, calendar management, and reception.
Requirements include:
- Calendar and email management in MS Outlook
- Experience with MS Word including track changes, mail merge and large document formatting including paragraph numbering.
- Experience with MS Excel including functions, pivot tables
- Experience with Adobe Acrobat Pro DC, Docusign, and Dropbox
