What You’ll Do
- Be the VP’s go-to partner: Manage priorities, coordinate schedules and travel, prepare communications, and anticipate what needs to happen next.
- Lead and develop a team: Oversee two administrative/call center employees, delegate responsibilities, and help grow the team as business needs evolve.
- Bring order to the moving pieces: Manage projects, coordinate meetings and company initiatives, track deadlines, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
- Build better ways of working: Create processes, improve workflows, troubleshoot systems, and identify opportunities to make the business more efficient.
- Help drive growth: Support new initiatives across locations, coordinate events, and jump in wherever your organization and problem-solving skills can make a difference.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- You have 3 years of experience in executive support, senior administration, office operations, or a similar role.
- You’re exceptionally organized, polished, resourceful, and proactive. You don’t wait to be told what needs to happen next.
- You’re tech-savvy and comfortable learning new platforms, troubleshooting issues, and figuring things out independently.
- You enjoy taking ownership and can balance the details with the bigger picture.
- You have experience leading, training, or coordinating the work of others—or are ready to take that next step.
- You’re adaptable, comfortable working with a variety of personalities, and thrive in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.
