What You’ll Be Responsible For

As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will play a key role in helping patients progress confidently through their plan of care while collaborating closely with the supervising PT.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Carrying out the supervising PT’s plan of care Deliver thoughtful, skilled treatment that helps patients move forward with clarity and consistency.
• Providing hands-on care Perform manual therapy, supervise therapeutic exercise, and assist patients through all phases of treatment.
• Monitoring progress closely Observe patient response to treatment, note changes in condition, and communicate effectively with the PT to support strong outcomes.
• Documenting care accurately Complete treatment documentation thoroughly, including patient condition, response to treatment, and progress.
• Educating patients well Guide patients through physical therapy interventions, modalities, and home exercise programs so they understand the why behind their care.

Who We’re Looking For

We are looking for a PTA who brings a strong clinical foundation and a genuine commitment to patient care.

Required:

• Active Physical Therapist Assistant license in the state of Massachusetts
• CPR / AED Certification

Preferred:

• A few years of clinical experience
• Sports and orthopedic experience
• Pelvic floor certification preferred

New grads may be considered, and mentorship is available for the right fit.
