Internship Summary:

The goal of our internship program is to provide hands-on practical experience for the students. Intern involvements are determined based on business need and role availability with consideration to the student’s skills and development goals. This internship is paid and will be full time for 10 consecutive weeks during summer of 2025. 

BGS is looking for interns for the following areas:

• Accounting
• Business Development
• Contracts
• Cybersecurity
• Energy & Environmental
• Human Resources/Talent Acquisition
• IT
• Marketing
• Nuclear Solutions
• Project Management Office
• Quality Assurance

Requirements: 

• Must be working on the completion of bachelor's or master's degree from an accredited university.
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong aptitude for learning new processes and technologies.
• Highly creative with initiative and drive.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work as a team member and as an individual.
• Candidates must exhibit professional behavior that promotes teamwork, fosters cooperation, and enhances productivity in the workplace.
• Must be well organized with the ability to coordinate, prioritize, and execute multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Candidates must be able to interface effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
• Successful drug screening.
• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a security or clearance badge.

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Ability to receive guidance and problem solving.
• A previous internship related to your field of study.
• Self-driven time management and organizational skills.

Location/Work Arrangement:

• These positions have the potential to be on-site or remote work depending on the area you would like to intern for.
