Business Operations Specialist

Boston Government Services, LLC. (BGS) is seeking a Business Operations Specialist to join our team in Idaho Falls, ID.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative activities for the Idaho Falls office.
• Support project planning, scheduling, work controls, reporting, and project tracking activities.
• Coordinate project documentation, deliverables, and communication among internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist project managers and business unit leadership with project execution and performance monitoring.
• Support proposal development efforts, including preparation of technical and business content, coordination of inputs, and submission activities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, national laboratories, and industry partners in the Idaho Falls area.
• Identify and support business development opportunities aligned with company growth objectives.
• Participate in client meetings, industry events, and networking activities as a representative of BGS.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and other business communications for leadership and clients.
• Perform additional duties as assigned in support of the Advanced Energy Solutions Business Unit.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, Technical Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience supporting the Department of Energy, National Laboratories, nuclear industry, or related federal programs.
• Demonstrated experience in project planning, work controls, project reporting, and business operations support.
• Experience supporting technical, engineering, research, or energy-related projects.
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Must be able to pass a drug screening.
• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a security clearance, if required

Location/Work Arrangement:

• This position is in Idaho Falls, ID.
• Schedule is part time, work hours based on project needs.
