Specialty Food Data Processor

Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Specialty Food Data Processor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and organizing data related to specialty food products, ensuring accuracy and consistency across various systems. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with diverse data sets, support inventory management, and contribute to the smooth operation of our specialty Retail distribution processes. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about data management, possesses strong organizational skills, and is comfortable working with multiple software tools and Microsoft office, specifically excel spreadsheets.

Duties

• Process customer orders and Vendor POs.
• Enter and update product information accurately into customer ports and ERP system.
• Maintain organized files and records related to specialty food items, including product descriptions, specifications, and pricing details.
• Utilize computer skills to perform data entry tasks efficiently, including typing and transcription of various documents.
• Generate reports using Excel pivot tables and other tools to analyze inventory levels, sales trends, and product performance.
• Support order entry processes by verifying data accuracy and processing incoming purchase requests.
• Assist in data collection efforts by gathering information from suppliers, vendors, or internal departments.
• Organize files and documentation systematically to ensure quick retrieval and compliance with company standards.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of clerical or office experience with a focus on data entry or administrative tasks.
• Strong computer skills, especially proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including creating pivot tables and basic formulas.
• Experience working with databases and ERP systems is highly desirable.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail to ensure data accuracy.
• Good typing speed and accuracy for efficient data entry and transcription work.
• Basic math skills for verifying quantities, prices, and calculations related to inventory management.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
