Responsibilities
- Lead interactive training for commercially available BD product-lines.
- Design, maintain, and deliver instructor-led training to end-user customers, partners, and internal stakeholders for BD products, software, APIs and solution infrastructures.
- Assist in developing & maintaining technical training content, hands-on exercises, presentations, and accompanying materials.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate, effective training content while staying current on both hardware and software changes in a fast-paced, technical environment.
- Collect feedback to track knowledge retention and inform continuous improvement efforts.
- Experience as a trainer or teacher, with demonstrated success communicating complex technical subject matter to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Exceptional communication skills and confidence engaging with customers, particularly in the public safety and defense market.
- Demonstrated ability to curate curriculum for supporting Instructor led training programs.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, be a self-motivator with a passion for innovation and willingness to challenge the status quo in a positive and collaborative manner.
- Practical understanding with mechanical or electrical systems, enterprise network environments, or coding languages.
- Experience in public safety, emergency response, or the armed services, particularly in areas where advanced technology is used to minimize risk to operators.
- Ability to travel around 40% of the time including international travel
