Do you love Boston? Boston Duck Tours is hiring Guest Service - Ticketing Representatives for our upcoming 2026 season! Come be part of one of Boston’s best attractions! We’re looking for passionate, hardworking, enthusiastic people that love helping others and ensuring their experience before, during and after the tour is the absolute best possible. We love our city and sharing it with the 500,00 people that take our tour each year!
All Ticketing Reps will work alternately at our Prudential, Museum of Science, and New England Aquarium departure locations. In addition to selling tickets your role will include:
- Selling tickets, merchandise and partner location tickets
- Answering Guest’s questions
- Stocking and restocking merchandise and information displays
- Being an ambassador to the city of Boston
- Cleaning our ticketing kiosks
Qualifications
- Proven ability to maintain accuracy in cash handling
- Demonstrated customer service and communication skills
- Must be able to read, write and comfortably speak English
