DAY-TO-DAY

You're responsible for coordinating our healthcare treatments. You are the key to making sure our patients' administrative needs are met and their experiences exceed their expectations! Every day, your exceptional efforts contribute heavily to the welcoming ambiance of our clinic. You enjoy working with your team, easily handling all our practice's administrative responsibilities with efficiency and proficiency.

Enthusiastically, you execute a variety of daily assignments, including answering patients' questions, verifying insurance, conducting appointment follow-ups, handling billing, obtaining reviews, and checking patients in and out of the clinic. When you take care of our patients' administrative needs, you are always careful and friendly! You enjoy making our patients feel happy and comfortable while thoroughly helping them understand their care estimates!

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A PATIENT CARE ADMINISTRATOR - RECEPTIONIST

This office and customer service position typically works 4 days per week for 10 hours per day with a 30- to 45-minute lunch break. You will also need to work one Saturday per month from 9 AM to 3 PM.

  • Experience working in a dental office
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to follow protocols and systems
