In this role, you will also be responsible for working closely with the PIPE PA marketing team on client mailings and events. Additionally, you will support business analysis and planning, orchestrate meetings with leadership, drive internal communication and affiliation activities, and ensure alignment and coordination of efforts across regions. The 'Principal Investors & Private Equity’ (PIPE) Practice Area brings the client service of all these large investors under a strong global infrastructure and the leadership of an experienced senior team. Our principal investors and private equity consulting experts work with the world’s largest investment firms, serving four client segments: Private Equity, Global Assets Manager & Principal Investors, Tech Capital Investors, Infrastructure Investors. The group will support investment organizations and funds who deploy capital across a vast spectrum of needs, through transaction-related services such as due diligence, transformational work associated with their portfolios, or advisory work on functional topics such as organization, strategy, and technology. Through close partnering with leading global investors, we help clients address their most pressing strategic and operational questions on topics ranging from investment strategy to operating models, governance, and people and organization as well as ESG integration through sustainable finance and investing.

Executing budget monitoring; managing the advancement and commercialization of the sector, supporting road shows or client events where necessary; tracking impact
Leading others, including senior business leaders in clarifying problems and developing solutions by building cross-topic/sector partnerships - building consensus, persuading, and influencing.
Motivating others to deliver highest standards, providing direction, mentoring, and coaching.
Supporting business and content development initiatives, including priority proposals, and selling materials, in partnership with KT team
6-8 years of relevant experience
Master’s degree preferred
Ability to manage and drive area of accountabilities, contributing to higher level agenda setting
Ability to lead more complex, broader sub functional teams or projects fully independently and provide direction to others
Ability to resolve complex issues and non-defined problems autonomously, with full business acumen
Strong interpersonal skills, credibility
Ability to influence senior members of the PVA business/ PIPE PA and beyond
Ability to respect sensitive client, BCG, and people related information as personal and confidential
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Advanced knowledge in Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel
