Together. …And we are looking for an HR Specialist to add to our team! Do you thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment? Are you looking for a broad and varied HR role that will challenge you to be a better HR professional? The HR Specialist will provide generalist HR support to our Great Lakes team including employee onboarding, benefits and compensation administration, policy interpretation, employee file maintenance, HR communications, and more. The HR Specialist will regularly interact with all levels of employees in our offices, other North America HR teams, and the Regional and Global HR teams. As a member of BCG’s Human Resources team, we will lean on you to help us develop, deploy, and retain the best talent in the market. We will work together to manage the life cycle of our BCGers and the day-to-day operations of HR. This role is designed for those who thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment and is not intended for remote or virtual work.  CompensationTotal compensation for this role includes base salary, annual discretionary performance bonus, retirement contribution, and a market leading benefits package described below. The base salary range for this role is $72,000-$89,000. This is an estimated range and specific base salaries within the range depend on factors such as office location, experience, and skill set. It is not common for new BCG employees to be hired at the high-end of the salary range. BCG regularly reviews its ranges to ensure market competitiveness. In addition to your base salary, your total compensation will include a discretionary bonus of up to 12% and a generous retirement contribution that starts at 5% and moves to 10% after 2 years. At BCG, we are committed to offering a comprehensive benefit program that includes everything our employees and their families need to be well and live life to the fullest.
