Our Tech Advisory & Delivery (TAD) team supports our clients' total digital transformation through technology, design, cybersecurity, and risk management & financial engineering capabilities. And together with BCG, BCG Platinion’s interdisciplinary team of technical experts enable customized technical solutions and accelerate delivery value through new business platforms, application consolidations, and major system implementations. The ideal candidate is both passionate as a consultant and technologist.
Tech Advisory & Delivery Interns at BCG Platinion are:

You're Good At:
- Orchestrating technical program delivery across business stakeholders, complex vendor landscapes and technology ecosystems
- Diagnosing current state technology and developing future state IT architecture through technical requirements and evaluation (e.g., vendor landscape, vendor assessments/selections automation, tech cost benefits analysis, eCommerce, platform valuation and design)
- Delivering data and digital platforms using techniques such as Agile, DevSecOps, and Cloud native architectures
- Developing technology strategies and roadmaps that enable the client's defined business outcomes while considering technical trends within the market
- Designing and implementing governance frameworks to guide decision making and address change in a complex environment
- Communicating the differences and benefits between multiple cloud computing providers
- BA/BS or Masters in information technology, business administration, computer science, economics, Operations, supply chain, logistics, or system engineering, or a related field, graduating between December 2024 and June 2025
- Ideally, 2 years of professional consulting experience in the execution and management of technology
- Expect 50% of travel
- Experience and/or ability to work with clients and BCG leaders to help solve cross-functional business and technology problems across various industries

- Note this program is evaluative and interns have the opportunity to receive full-time offers. Our internship program operates in a ''hub'' model to create Platinion Intern cohorts in our New York City and Washington, D.C. offices. If you receive a full time offer, you can request a different office location - as long as it makes sense for chapter and business needs - outside of these summer hubs. That being said, preferred offices for TAD Full Time employees are NYC and Washington, D.C.

Salary : $110,000 - $120,000
