Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Accountant position based in Lowell, MA. The Accountant will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial operations, including preparing financial reports, maintaining ledgers, conducting reconciliations, and developing budgets. The role also involves ensuring compliance with all relevant tax regulations and supporting audits, as well as reviewing financial data for accuracy and assisting in developing financial strategies to enhance company performance.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Financial Reporting, Budgeting, and General Ledger Management
- Proficiency in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable
- Knowledge of Tax Compliance and Regulatory Requirements
- Analytical skills in Financial Data Review and Problem Solving
- Proficiency in Spectrum helpful and Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
- Experience in the construction or concrete industry is an advantage
