Full-Time Coffee Production & Service/Delivery Associate
Salem, NH
Hands-on role for our coffee service business. Production, packing, local delivery, and order fulfillment.
What you’ll do
- Make cold brew; bottle and keg product for sale
- Keep production and cleaning logs
- Clean cold brew equipment and the facility as needed
- Order green coffee as needed
- Place roast orders to cover 30–60 days of demand
- Package and deliver wholesale roasted beans to cafés and customers in Boston and NH
- Deliver to local customers within 30–45 minutes of Salem, NH
- Create and send invoices
- Fulfill and ship Shopify orders
- What we need
- Reliable, organized, and comfortable with physical work (lifting, packing, driving)
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Comfort with basic invoicing and online orders (training available)
- Food production or warehouse/delivery experience a plus
- Use of company vehicle for deliveries
- Other responsibilities as needed
***must be able to lift 65lb

Pay: $24.00 - $29.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32.0 – 40.0 per week
