Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and professional Limousine Chauffeur to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our company, ensuring passengers enjoy a safe, comfortable, and luxurious journey. Your expertise in driving, customer service, and vehicle maintenance will help us uphold our reputation for excellence.
Duties
- Safely operate luxury limousines and chauffeur vehicles to transport clients to various destinations with punctuality and professionalism
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting passengers warmly, assisting with luggage, and ensuring a positive experience throughout the ride
- Maintain cleanliness and mechanical condition of the vehicle, performing routine inspections and basic maintenance as needed
- Navigate efficiently using GPS and local knowledge to ensure timely arrivals while adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding their schedules or special requests, ensuring their needs are met with enthusiasm
- Keep detailed logs of trips, mileage, and vehicle condition reports for operational purposes
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies to ensure passenger safety at all times
Requirements
- Proven experience in commercial driving, shuttle driving, or as a delivery driver with a clean driving record
- Strong background in hospitality or customer service roles with excellent communication skills
- Valid driver’s license appropriate for operating limousine or similar vehicles; relevant endorsements preferred
- Mechanical knowledge of vehicles to perform basic maintenance checks and identify potential issues
- Familiarity with limousine services, bus driving, school bus driving, or box truck operation is highly desirable
- Ability to handle various vehicle types including shuttle buses, box trucks, or other large vehicles as needed
- Professional appearance and demeanor with a focus on providing outstanding client experiences
