Under the direction of the Principal Investigator, the Clinical Research Coordinator will be responsible for managing clinical trials at the Boston Center for Memory (BCM) and will work as a member of a multi-disciplinary team of experts in neuropsychology and neurology.

Clinical Research Coordinator (II or III)
Job Description
Under the direction of the Principal Investigator, the Clinical Research Coordinator will be responsible for managing clinical trials at the Boston Center for Memory (BCM) and will work as a member of a multi-disciplinary team of experts in neuropsychology and neurology.
Responsibilities will include:
- Perform day to day research activities based on BCM’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) and Good Clinical Practice (GCP).
- Maintain, and update data collection tools, spreadsheets, and databases for use in gathering and compilation of information specific to each research process.
- Oversight and management of the clinical trials start-up process from receipt of protocols through IRB submissions, and site activation activities.
- Identify and recruit study participants.
- Manages visits with the sponsor/study monitor and assists in initiation of clinical trials.
- Coordinate scheduling of tests and treatments required for protocol. Prepare, submit, and maintain regulatory documents to the IRB and sponsor
- Responsible for data reporting and management, collection of source documents, use and development of case report forms, adverse events reporting, filing and archiving of study records, and resolution of data queries.
- Assist with the study completion, resolution of data queries, data lock, study closeout.
- Excellent organization, written and communications skills required.
- The ability to multitask as well as time management skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills; ability to effectively interact with all levels of staff.
- Ability to work independently and with team members.
- Minimum of bachelor’s, nursing degree, or significant research coordination experience
- Industry clinical trial experience is preferred.
