Key Responsibilities

- Visit job sites to inspect systems and ensure proper functioning.
- Understand basic sizing and system layout checks for residential HVAC installs.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service during all appointments.
- Accurately document work using a tablet or smartphone for job tracking.
- Maintain tools, supplies, and company equipment in good condition.
- Collaborate with the team and office dispatch to keep schedules on track.
Qualifications
- 3 years of residential HVAC experience preferred.
- EPA Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).

- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
