Pay
Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $60,000 – $70,000 / year
In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. What will you do?
- Assist with the coordination of team operations activities, travel logistics, and administrative processes to support the daily needs of Hockey Operations
- Support player and family services through the coordination of onboarding, relocation assistance, credentialing, and family support activities
- Organize operational communications, practice facility requirements, and game day logistics to ensure seamless execution of team and family activities
- Coordinate the administration side of ticketing tracking, hospitality, and concierge services for players, coaches, team members, and approved guests
- Support camps, tournaments, special events, financial administration, and community initiatives through effective planning and execution
More about you
- Experience supporting operations, logistics, administration, hospitality, sports, or event coordination activities preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience coordinating records, documentation, and operational processes
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
