Job Summary
We are a growing masonry company serving Pasadena and the greater Los Angeles area, specializing in masonry, chimney construction and restoration, hardscape, driveway construction and repair, and a wide range of brick and stone work.

As we continue to grow, we are looking to bring on an in-house Office Administrator who values accuracy, accountability, and consistency, and who takes pride in keeping and maintaining organized, clear, and reliable records and operational processes. This role is essential to maintaining the integrity of our operations and supporting the long-term success of the company.
The qualifications for this job are:
- Must be authorized to work in the US.
- Must be able to clearly read, write, speak, and understand English.
- Must have strong communication on the phone, email, and in person.
- Must be proficient in office software and systems.
- must have good organization and multitasking skills.
- Must pass a drug test prior to employment and regular drug tests thereafter.
Physical
- Must be able to sit for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to walk/stand for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to lift around 20-30 lbs.
Education
- Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
Experience
- Must have basic computer knowledge and experience to be able to fulfill basic duties of the job that require the use of a computer and our systems well.
- Must have at least 3-5 years of knowledge and experience in Office Administration.
License / Certification
- Office Administrative certification is not required but beneficial.
- In addition to the above qualifications, please include on your resume any additional experience you have that would be of benefit to our team.
Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
