Position Overvi
ewThe Head Coach will be responsible for leading a team competing in the NECSL. This role involves creating and implementing age-appropriate training sessions, developing individual player skills, and fostering a positive team culture. The coach will also be responsible for organizing match strategies, assessing player progress, and communicating effectively with players, parents, and staf

Qualifications &
- ExperienceCoaching Experience: Minimum of 1 years of coaching experience, preferably at a competitive youth level. Experience coaching in high-level leagues such as the MLS Next, ECNL, National Academy League, etc is p
