About your future job

You will be assigned to our Randolph, NJ location and will be responsible for managing all functions of our warehouse. You will direct a team of up to 10 warehouse team members by coaching, leading, and mentoring everyone to maximize their potential.

As the Warehouse Manager, you will ensure all processes & procedures are followed, production goals are met, and you will proactively address any issues that may prevent your team from meeting the expected outcomes. You will ensure our safety programs & company policies are followed and you are expected to lead by example, hold everyone equally accountable and maintain a positive team culture that aligns with our business strategies and core values.

Some of the job responsibilities

• Lead, coach & mentor warehouse team to drive efficiencies, and maximize their potential 
• Hire & train team members & continuously monitor employee performance of entire team following company schedule
• Oversee & responsible for the daily workflow of the warehouse; organize staff to ensure proper workflow efficiency
• Accurately manage inventory by ordering inventory to maintain minimum inventory levels for each SKU
• Conduct weekly cycle counts and ensure data is current in electronic systems
• Ensure delivery trucks are loaded with accurate inventory to fulfil orders
• Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely procurement of materials and supplies
• Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes and procedures to optimize productivity and minimize errors
• Use analytical reasoning to quickly understand and identify issues and propose solutions
• Maintain cleanliness and order of all warehouse storage areas
• Lead weekly team meetings & proactively communicate company initiatives with team to keep everyone aligned
• Safety First: Lead by example, ensure all team members are trained on safety procedures and all safety policies, procedures & initiatives are followed daily
• Ensure safe working environment and correct at risk behaviors

• Are RELIABLE and show up to work on time on a regular basis & meet schedule requirements
• Have 5 years’ experience in a supervisory role in a warehouse setting
• Can successfully manage the performance of others in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills to work in a customer focused environment.
• Accountability is extremely important to you & you don't shy away from addressing issues
• Attention to detail & organization skills are a strength of yours
• Possess strong expertise in warehouse management procedures and process improvement comes naturally to you
• Have strong decision making and problem-solving skills
• Experience in automotive parts industry a plus
• Can lead and support change, growth, and flexibility in the organization through teamwork and leadership
• Are safety focused since it's non-negotiable
• Have the ability to operate a forklift or willingness to obtain certification
• Can maintain valid driver’s license with clean driving history of past 5 years
