Requirements
- At least 3 years of relevant professional childcare experience
- Up-to-date Tdap and flu vaccinations
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Non-smoker
- Current CPR and First Aid certification
- Providing attentive care for their 1-year-old son, including play, reading, meals, diapering, and daily routines
- Creating fun and age-appropriate activities that encourage learning and development
- Taking him on outings such as walks, trips to the park, and library visits
- Preparing meals and cleaning up after meals
- Helping with family laundry, dishes, meal prep, and occasional local errands
- Supporting the household with additional tasks when time allows

Position Details
- Location: Wellesley, MA
- Schedule: Part-time, approximately 20–25 hours/week
- Hours: Ideally mornings, approximately 8-12 or 1 PM (can be flexible but would appreciate a consistent schedule)
- Start date: October 26, 2026
- Compensation: $32–$36/hour BOE; taxes withheld
- 2 weeks of paid Vacation (1 week to be mutually agreed upon)
- 1 week of paid sick time
- Guaranteed hours
