Key Responsibilities
- Develop detailed Revit models, construction documents, and technical drawings.
- Assist with project coordination, working directly with clients, subcontractors, and material vendors.
- Conduct research on building codes, zoning regulations, and sustainable materials.
- Support the Senior Architect in design execution while also helping with software-related tasks.
- Attend site visits to understand real-world construction challenges.
- Work with the team to ensure seamless design-to-build integration.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in architectural practice preferred, ideally in residential projects.
- Strong proficiency in Revit (required), with experience in BuilderTrend a plus.
- Interest in project coordination and construction.
- Detail-oriented with strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Boston-based or willing to relocate for full-time, in-person employment.
- $70,000 - $90,000 per year, based on experience.
