This position is ideal for a marketing professional with prior experience in the beauty, cosmetics, skincare, or medical aesthetics industry who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing both marketing initiatives and live events.

Position Summary

The Marketing & Events Specialist will support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, brand initiatives, social media management, tradeshow events, trainings, and customer engagement activities. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, experience coordinating events, and a solid understanding of branding, digital marketing, and social media engagement within the aesthetics industry.

Key Responsibilities

·Manage and oversee company social media platforms, including content planning, posting schedules, engagement, and brand consistency

·Assist in developing creative social media content aligned with company branding and marketing initiatives

·Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms

·Plan and manage tradeshows, educational events, trainings, and industry conferences

·Assist with social media campaigns, brand engagement, and marketing communications

·Coordinate logistics for events including vendors, venues, travel, shipments, and promotional materials

·Collaborate closely with sales leadership and cross-functional teams to support business growth initiatives

·Support product launches, promotional campaigns, and customer-facing marketing activities

·Maintain marketing calendars, content schedules, event timelines, and campaign deadlines

·Assist with development of presentations, marketing collateral, and branded materials

·Monitor social media trends, audience engagement, and marketing analytics

·Track event participation, campaign performance, and marketing metrics

* National Buzz Generation: You will work directly with the CCO to create an industry-wide "buzz" that powers our elite sales "tiger team".

* Challenging the Playbook: You must have the courage to reject traditional medical device marketing "playbooks" in favor of innovative, market-disrupting strategies.

* Strategic Amplification: Utilize internal and international resources to repeatedly broadcast the Boston Aesthetics narrative across the country.

* KOL Advocacy: Partner with clinical leads to gather and amplify stories from Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to build immediate industry credibility.

* Agile Content Creation: Develop high-impact digital content and sales assets that can be adapted in real-time to support aggressive growth goals.

Qualifications

·3 years of marketing, social media, and/or event coordination experience

·Prior experience within the beauty, skincare, cosmetics, medical device, or aesthetics industry strongly preferred

·Experience managing business social media platforms and creating engaging content

·Experience supporting tradeshows, conferences, or educational events

·Strong organizational and project management skills

·Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

·Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Canva, social media platforms, and marketing tools

·Experience working with sales and leadership teams preferred

Preferred Qualifications

·Experience on the manufacturer side of the aesthetics industry

·Experience supporting physician trainings or aesthetic education events

·Familiarity with CRM and email marketing platforms

·Basic graphic design and content creation experience preferred
