What You’ll Do
- Partner with the leadership team to design and execute innovative business models that drive scalable growth.
- Recruit, develop, and lead high-performing sales teams aligned with the company’s mission, vision, and revenue goals.
- Coach and empower team members on strategies to increase consumables, drive capital equipment sales, enhance utilization, and strengthen account management.
- Partner with physicians and medspa owners to elevate both revenue performance and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build new go-to-market strategies, sales collateral, and field tools that support expansion.
- Deliver weekly capital sales forecasts with accuracy and accountability.
- Contribute to additional strategic initiatives as needed.

Locations Available
We are currently expanding in several region locations in United States, flexible and negotiable .
What We’re Looking For
- University Degree, with a minimum 10 years of sales leadership experience in Medical Aesthetics.
- Multiple President Club Winners.
- Significant experience in leading in-field sales teams in Medical Aesthetics where you have built and led sales teams, with a superior track record in exceeding top and bottom-line targets.
- Experiences in challenging high growth leadership and change management mandates, where you will have demonstrated perseverance, agility and the capability to lead courageously and overcome adversity.
- A strategic and growth-oriented mindset, openminded, where you will have the confidence and credibility to strategically align resources behind a growth strategy that drives total portfolio value.
- A willingness to proactively pursue innovative opportunities and embrace calculated risks that accelerate business growth and competitive advantage.
