Key Responsibilities:
As a Business Development Manager, you will…
- Build and develop collaborative relationships with customers and industry partners, identifying unmet needs, emerging applications, and market trends that can be translated into commercial growth opportunities
- Pipeline opportunities through a full business development lifecycle, from market assessment and lead generation, through customer qualification, product development, and commercialization
- Partner closely with our Pressure Sensitive Adhesives Market Segment Team to shape and execute growth strategies and advance qualified projects
Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, chemistry, materials science, business, or a related field – a combination of education and relevant experience will also work!
- Relevant professional experience in business development, sales, technical service, R&D, marketing, or another commercial or technical field.
- Experience with tapes, pressure sensitive adhesives, specialty films, or a similar market is preferred!
- Ability to travel up to 50%, including overnights, to support customers, industry events, and internal collaboration
