Position Summary:
The Shipping & Receiving Clerk is a key part of keeping our shop running. From unloading trucks to tracking down parts, updating records, and maintaining accurate inventory counts, this role ensures our technicians have what they need to get the job done. If you like staying busy, working with your hands, and being the go-to person for keeping things organized, you’ll fit right in.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Unload incoming shipments and verify parts and equipment against packing slips
- Distribute materials to technicians and departments quickly and accurately to keep builds on schedule
- Track shortages, damages, and incorrect shipments, and help resolve issues with vendors
- Maintain correct inventory counts by updating internal systems and performing regular checks
- Package and prepare outgoing shipments with proper labeling and documentation
- Keep the parts area organized, safe, and easy to navigate
- Work closely with technicians, service, and office staff to ensure smooth workflow
- Jump in and help wherever needed—this is a team-first environment
What We’re Looking For:
- Shipping & receiving or warehouse experience preferred
- Forklift experience preferred; willingness to learn required
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on shop environment
- Basic computer skills (inventory systems a plus)
- Reliable, team-oriented, and someone who takes pride in their work
- Ability to lift to 80 lbs.
