• Enter data into multiple databases and spreadsheets with precision and speed
• Maintain accurate records by updating existing information
• Manage data collection from various sources, ensuring completeness and accuracy
• Organize and file physical and digital documents systematically for easy retrieval
• Support order entry processes by verifying details and processing transactions efficiently
• Collaborate with team members to streamline data workflows and improve overall data quality
• Perform routine clerical duties such as filing, scanning, and data verification to support office operations

• Proven experience in data entry or clerical roles within an office environment
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
• Excellent typing speed and accuracy; familiarity with transcription is a plus
• Knowledge of databases, ERP systems, and office software tools
• Basic math skills for data validation and calculations
• Prior experience with filing systems and document management practices
• Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Attention to detail to ensure high-quality data entry and recordkeeping
• Good communication skills to collaborate with team members and support office functions
