Bost, Inc. is seeking a full-time Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional (QIDP). Along with the responsibilities of a QIDP, the position also supervises direct support professionals at an intermediate care facility. Bost is looking for an energetic and compassionate person to join our team. This position is in Fort Smith with the Brazil and Willow Creek facilities with an office located at the Willow Creek facility. They need to possess good time management and organizational skills.
Applicants must have a bachelor’s degree or more in a human services field and have at least 2 years of experience working in human services.
Responsibilities include overseeing the programming for 35 individuals with intellectual disabilities. This includes writing objectives, compiling and completing the annual plan for the individuals and monitoring the plan throughout the year. It also includes overseeing the general operations of the 2 facilities and supervising approximately 15 direct support staff.
