Operations Management
- Handles operational challenges swiftly, ensuring minimal disruption to services.
- Reconciles all revenue from machines, including video arcades, ATMs, AirVac, and vending machines.
- Manages routine maintenance on company vehicles.
- Creates and manages effective collection routes to optimize service coverage and efficiency.
- Builds and fosters customer relationships to generate new accounts and grow sales.
- Responds to customer inquiries and concerns in a friendly, professional manner, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
- Manages the performance and development of employees, including coaching, training, salary/wage administration, and conducting performance reviews.
- Ensures accurate and organized documentation is submitted on time, including reports and commission documentation.
- Files necessary reports and track operational data as required.
- Assists with the management of Penske & Rental units, ensuring proper use and maintenance.
- Maintains a clean, organized, and safe office environment to ensure smooth operations.
- Handles weekend calls on a rotational basis, ensuring continued service coverage.
- Maintains the safety and security of office premises, ensuring compliance with all safety protocols.
- Organizes and supervises logistics, ensuring operational efficiency and effective route management.
- Assists in other duties, as assigned.
- Directly supervise and manage a team of 4 or more employees, ensuring that day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently.
- Bachelor's Degree in a Business or Business-Finance field or three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must have a working knowledge of the industry.
- Ability to lead, manage and motivate a team.
- Mechanical knowledge for maintaining machines and vehicles.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to address issues proactively.
- Ability to work independently and under minimal supervision.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Must have the ability to read and understand monthly P&L statements.
- Must have the ability to read, follow, and implement budget controls.
- Current valid driver's license and be insurable to drive.
- Must be driven, confident, organized and an accomplished problem-solver.
- Must be able to communicate in English. - IF APPLICABLE
- Able and willing to deliver friendly, courteous, and prompt customer service.
- Able and willing to work cooperatively with other team members.
