The Machine Operator will run packaging equipment, assembly-line machinery, press machines, CNC equipment, and auto power presses in a high-volume manufacturing environment. Reporting to the Production Supervisor, this role will work a fixed day shift and support safe, efficient, and consistent production.
Responsibilities
- Operate packaging equipment, assembly-line machinery, press machines, CNC equipment, and auto power presses.
- Set up equipment for production runs.
- Monitor production processes and equipment performance.
- Inspect products for quality and consistency.
- Adjust processes and machine settings as needed.
- Follow safety requirements and compliance procedures.
Preferred Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in machine operation.
- Experience with equipment troubleshooting.
- Ability to read blueprints.
- Knowledge of quality control practices.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Effective problem-solving skills.
