As an installer, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining residential and business plumbing systems and ensuring customer satisfaction within a team oriented environment.What we offer:Consistent Monday through Friday schedule (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM), with occasional overtime and weekends as neededPaid time off, to be used at your discretionTeam-oriented environment with engaged and supportive leadershipGrowth and advancement opportunitiesTools, a well stocked vehicle, and uniforms provided by the companyCompetitive pay, between $25-$32 per hour based on experience and qualificationsYour Responsibilities:Installing and repairing plumbing systems, such as clearing blockages, installing water heaters, and replacing pipingTest systems for leaks and proper pressure, and adjusting settings if necessary.Document the work done and materials usedWork alongside dispatch and with apprentices to ensure work is completed in a timely and accurate wayQualifications:Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with plumbing repairs in residential or business settingsUnderstanding of how plumbing systems work and how to repair themFamiliarity with local plumbing codes, safety regulations, and practices within the industryStrong troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues that ariseA valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, and the ability to drive company vehicles to jobsStrong verbal and written communication skills, a team oriented mindset, and personal integrityBoss Plumbing is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
