Job Description
Boss’ Pizza & Chicken is seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations at our Rapid City location. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and has a strong background in pizza, delivery, and carryout operations.
The Manager is responsible for ensuring efficient shift execution, maintaining high food quality standards, controlling costs, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee daily shift operations
- Ensure fast delivery times and excellent customer service
- Supervise food preparation for quality, consistency, and speed
- Monitor and control labor and food cost percentages
- Lead, train, and motivate team members
- Enforce food safety, sanitation, and company policies
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen
- Address and resolve operational issues during shifts
- Collaborate with Owner/GM on performance and improvements
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant (pizza experience preferred)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask effectively
- Knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen operations
- Experience with SpotOn POS or similar system preferred
- Reliable, organized, and results-driven
