Responsibilities
- Install new HVAC systems including air conditioning units, ventilation systems, and heating equipment according to schematics and design specifications.
- Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC equipment, refrigeration units, boilers, and related mechanical systems to ensure efficient operation.
- Read and interpret technical schematics, blueprints, and HVAC design plans to accurately assemble and install systems.
Experience
- Proven experience as a service technician or installer in the HVAC industry with a strong mechanical background.
- Familiarity with construction processes, property maintenance, appliance repair, and general building systems is highly desirable.
- Hands-on experience with HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning/Refrigeration)
- Mechanical knowledge combined with field service expertise in air conditioning installation and maintenance is essential.
- Prior experience working with HVAC design principles and equipment repair enhances your ability to succeed in this role.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience operating various tools including ohmmeters and welding equipment is preferred.
