About the Role
This position is the backbone of our project team, ensuring our projects are completed on time and under budget. You'll work closely with the Operations Team and clients to keep everything on track from start to finish. All the while, creating a working experience with our customers that makes them want to come back for more, every single time.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up new projects and manage documentation
- Prepare and track submittals
- Assist with pricing and processing change orders
- Maintain project schedules and ensure timely milestone delivery
- Track budgets and ensure projects complete within financial parameters
- Compile safety paperwork and project requirements
- Attend meetings and site walks, supporting project execution
About you
We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment and is eager to grow within the industry. You should be personable, well spoken, and comfortable navigating active construction sites.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 1 - 5 years' of relevant experience
- Strong organizational and problem solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams
- Bluebeam and Microsoft Office Skills is a plus
- Familiarity with project management processes and scheduling tools

Salary : $60,000 - $80,000
