Duties
- Travel to various customer locations in detailing van to perform comprehensive vehicle detailing services with precision and care
- Execute thorough car detailing, including interior and exterior cleaning, waxing, and buffing, to achieve a flawless finish
- Clean and detail vehicle interiors by vacuuming, shampooing carpets, cleaning upholstery, and wiping down surfaces for a spotless look
- Conduct custodial tasks such as trash removal, surface sanitizing, and maintaining cleanliness of work areas and vehicles
- Keep van in clean and tidy conditions
- Operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently while adhering to company standards and safety protocols
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly about services performed and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Maintain detailed records of services provided and report any vehicle issues or client concerns promptly
Skills
- Strong background in customer service with the ability to communicate professionally and courteously
- Experience with car wash techniques, detailing, and paint correction
- Knowledge of janitorial or custodial practices that ensure high standards of cleanliness and sanitation
- Ability to operate cleaning tools and equipment safely and effectively in various environments
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record for reliable travel between locations
- At least 1-2 years of experience in car detailing, the more the better
- Enthusiasm for automotive care combined with a proactive approach to delivering exceptional service
