Role Description
Founding Volunteer Leadership Opportunity
The Executive Operations Coordinator serves as the President's strategic operations partner, helping transform ideas into action.
This role supports organizational planning, project coordination, volunteer engagement, community partnerships, fundraising initiatives, and day-to-day operations. You'll work directly with the President to build systems, strengthen relationships, and help shape the future of BOSS Athletics.

Responsibilities include:
- Supporting the President with organizational priorities and strategic initiatives
- Coordinating meetings, calendars, and follow-up activities
- Tracking projects, deadlines, and action items
- Assisting with sponsorships, partnerships, and fundraising initiatives
- Coordinating volunteers and community engagement activities
- Supporting tournaments, camps, clinics, and special events
- Organizing operational documents and improving internal workflows
- Representing BOSS Athletics professionally when working with partners and community organizationsÂ
Qualifications

- Proficient with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
