Work Expectations
- Receiving delivery of vehicles, doing initial inspection, and completing pre-
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues with vehicles and resolve them
- Traveling to customer sites to service vehicles and fix any issues that may arise
- Assisting in fabrication of prototypes/ parts for R&D projects as needed,
- Creating/ completing test reports as needed by the engineering teams
- Take care of general maintenance and presentability of vehicles
- Delivering Boson vehicles to different customers
- Transport of materials between company locations
- Help in setting up of booths at demos/expos, including transporting materials
- Keep the working area clean and organized
- Work in coordination with operations team to assist with various tasks as needed
- Maintain/ periodically audit inventory of tools and parts available in the
- Readily available to adjust the schedule and attend work or meetings outside
- Willing to take up other tasks and help other technicians as required
Qualifications & Skills Required:
Mandatory
- High school diploma
- Ability to work with common tools found on a shop floor
- Capability to drive a pickup truck and tow a trailer
- Prior experience doing hands-on work on automobiles including chassis,suspension,
- Knowledge of automotive related electrical wiring and ability to work with high
- Ability to work well with others, collaborate on projects, and contribute positivelyto group dynamics
- Capacity to adapt to changing circumstances, handle multiple tasks or projects,
- Capability to efficiently manage time to meet deadlines
- Metal Fabrication (Cutting, bending, and welding metal)
- Solar panel, inverter, and battery installation
- Certified for forklift operation
